This wardrobe malfunction came as a shock to many at designer Rajesh Pratap Singh's show where a foreign model Debbie showcased a cape dress from designer's collection and while walking the the ramp the outfit almost slipped off her shoulders at the Day - 3 of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week being held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
