Eminem blames mother for drug addiction
Eminem is using his latest album “Relapse” to blame his mom, Debbie Mathers, for his drug addiction, Britain’s The Sun reports.
The album, which was leaked on the Internet Thursday, includes one song about Eminem’s addiction to painkillers (just a few days ago he admitted that during the height of his addiction, he sometimes used to ransack his home for cough syrup and other medication containing powerful narcotics). Eminem raps: “My mum loved Valium and lots of drugs. That’s why I’m like I am because I’m my mum…“
The lyrics suggest that his mom would sprinkle Valium on his food and force feed him other drugs before sending him off to school.
In another song, Eminem slams celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears…

Britney Spears was taken to task by Fox News
Earlier this year, Britney Spears was taken to task by Fox News for her new single, which features X-rated lyrics and a title that is really just the f-word in disguise.
At the beginning and end of her controversial If U Seek Amy video, Britney and her peeps cleverly fired back, setting up the screen, writing the dialogue and casting an anchor to look exactly like the same segment from the cable news channel.
She then invites Britney to come on the program and defend herself. Meow ...

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Did Not Go on Hawaii Trip.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline did not go on Hawaii.
The new issue of Star claims that after spending Easter weekend together, the exes are planning a trip to Maui “far from the glare of Hollywood to work on their relationship.” The tabloid quoted a source as saying that Federline “wants to take Britney away to see if there is anything to salvage between them.”
But a rep for the rapper, 30, tells Usmagazine.com the story is "not true."
The tabloid's cover — which boasts the line “Brit & Kevin’s Secret Weekend” — shows a photo of the two happily vacationing. Turns out, the picture is from their 2005 honeymoon in in Fiji.

Goetz extended his temporary conservatorship until July 31. His temporary authority to handle his daughter's affairs was scheduled to expire on March 10.
James Spears, who recently worked as a caterer, was named conservator of his daughter and co-conservator of her estate after she was hospitalized twice in January.
The court ordered a $58,800 payment to the volunteer court-appointed attorney who represents Britney Spears in the conservatorship case, Samuel D. Ingham III.

Britney is released!
Doctors determined she did not pose an immediate danger to herself or to others, so they could not continue to hold her against her will.
Glad to hear she’s cured.

Britney Treated By 'Caring, Concerned' Therapist
The psychiatrist who hospitalized Britny spears is a highly respected therapist known for her compassion, according to a former colleague--"She's an excellent clinician and an excellent psychiatrist," the clinical director at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, where Spears's psychiatrist Dr. Deborah Nadel worked for about five years.
Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Nadel graduated from University of California Medical School in San Francisco 18 years ago, and she did her residency at UCLA, records show.
Young, who worked with Nadel about 12 years ago at the center – a non-profit agency that provides low-cost counseling to people in need – said Nadel is now on the staff at UCLA and is "well thought of in the therapeutic community."
"I think [Britney] is in somebody's hands who will be caring, concerned, compassionate and respectful," says Young.
