Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail
Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail after serving 13 full days in a solitary cell of a 90 days sentence. Lindsay Lohan was freed from a Lynwood, Calif., jail in the wee hours of Monday morning.
"She was released at 1:35 a.m (local time) today," Los Angeles Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said outside the jail. "She has been sent directly to her next destination, which is a treatment center. And she will now be under the supervision of the L.A. County probation department. This concludes her custody."
The actress had been serving a 90-day sentence for violating probation in a DUI case, but served a reduced sentence for good behavior and due to the sheriff's long-standing policy of releasing nonviolent offenders early because of severe overcrowding.
When she was first taken to her 12-by-8 cell, she was "crying," said Alexis Neiers (of E!'s Pretty Wild), who was in jail at the same time for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's home.The 24-year-old was kept in a sequestered unit of the woman's prison since July 20, which has housed other celebrities like Paris Hilton and Michelle Rodriguez.
Her mother Dina was most outspoken about her daughter's time behind bars.
"She doesn't have cell phone privileges, that's absurd," she said. "She doesn't even have a pillow to sleep on. I talk to her through glass. There's a phone and we put her on speaker but I can't even hug my daughter ... She's treated like a common criminal."
All-though She also have to faces a year of random drug testing. The actress must stay clean and sober until August 2011, when her probation term is over. She is, however, allowed to take a number of prescription medications.
Lohan's lawyer attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told RadarOnline that her client is not a meth addict.
"Lindsay isn't a meth addict. I have no idea where that came from, but I can tell you, it's false," said Holley.

Lindsay Lohan was offered for an opportunity to appear nude in the pages of "Playboy" magazine, according to The NY Post. Lindsay recently did a racy and extremely popular photo shoot for New York magazine posing as Marilyn Monroe.

Lindsay Lohan Considering Playboy Spread
Media magnet Lindsay Lohan was spotted last night as she left the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
Reportedly, Hef was astounded when he saw Lindsay’s recent recreation of Marilyn Monroe’s last nude photo shoot, a spread that earned New York Magazine $500,000 in only two days.
There are rumors that Lohan may recreate Monroe’s naked swim from the film “Something’s Got to Give” for an upcoming issue of Playboy.
